For the first time in three years I flew to Austin. With The installation at the Museum on the following Tuesday there simply wouldn't be the time to drive...let alone the be able to take the annual jaunt into Nuevo Laredo like I had in the past.
Since practically all of us were flying there was little room for Stuff. What to do...

The theme this year was "Dreams of Chromatic Distraction"
Hippies...we decided to do everything in black and white, make generic labels for everything and everyone and call ourselves [camp]
It worked and was in true Gigsville form
(ie. no cost, high jackassery... and in someway we could feel like Girlie was present labeling through us)

Nobo and Emerald picked me up at the airport and we were later joined by Eno. We hung out at Princess Lavender's despite the fact that she was already at the event.
We left for the event the following day.
